What customers say?

“ Came here for the first time tonight and will definitely return because of the amazing service. Moxie was extremely warm and friendly. She was very helpful and was running everything all by herself while maintaining a high level of customer service. Prices are very reasonable compared to other cafes and the vibe is really positive. Very unique and lots of board games in great condition. Would recommend this to anyone looking to try somewhere new. Again, the thing that stood out the most was Moxie’s energy ”

“ Very unique cafe. Stopped in just looking to grab a coffee to go and ended up staying for almost an hour playing board games (they have dozens on the shelf). ”

- Philip Bauslaugh -

“ Spacious cafe space with archery and good community of people and events. We came here because we saw that there were board games available and we stayed for 2 hours total. The board games available are good mix of beginner friendly games and complex games. There were plenty of drinks to choose from including caffeinated and non-caffeinated options such as smoothies. Food menu was a bit limited though with mostly baked goods and a small selection of heated foods. Cafe Duello is a great spot to hang out with friends or to take one of their available classes. ”

“ We came for board games and ended up staying for hours. The atmosphere is unique — there are actual suits of armor, medieval props, and even the soundtrack feels like you’re in a fantasy movie. Right next door you can take fencing or archery classes — how cool is that?! It feels like stepping into another world where you can play, explore, and learn all in one place. ”

“ Friendly service. Unique environment. Good coffee. Adequate seating space with window seating. Selection of pastries was limited today, they also do smoothies. I do wish they had mugs for us that order coffee not to go. Reasonable prices. ”

“ This swanky new cafe has an elegant aesthetic and gorgeous baked goods, coffees, and teas. Their alternative milk options are the best (Oatly!) and they even have pure monk fruit sweetener for keto and sugar-free diets. The chai teas (they have both masala and rooibos chai) are high quality and super tasty, and the “crostada di pizza” is AMAZING (it’s basically a pizza-like pastry made with croissant dough!) I can’t wait to come back to try a smoothie! ”

- Anneka Deacon -

“ A really incredible experience. Get an amazing drink, a tasty pastry, and step back in time with a unique medieval martial arts museum display that's connected to the world's largest swordfighting school! A super unique space, and a wonderful addition to an already amazing space. ”

- Benjamin Davis -

“ Super cute cafe connected to a super cool sword fighting school! Great drinks and incredibly tasty pastries, You can also look around their museum area that showcases medieval weaponry and armor while you sip your drink, or watch people do archery at the back of the room. Definitely worth a visit! ”
